Introverts get enough slack as it is. We like to stay to ourselves and we’re not a fan of large social gatherings.

As an introvert myself, I’ve put together a list for the introvert gift guide for Christmas 2020.

It contains all the things introverts like the best, and a few that I think would be beneficial to everyone.

Keep reading to find out more.

Weighted Blanket

It’s not an introvert gift guide without a weighted blanket.

Weighted blankets are especially great for introverts because we like to curl up in the blankets and sometimes cocoon ourselves away from the universe. Weighted blankets act as a safety blanket for us. They make us feel more comfortable, so they’re pretty awesome.

If your introvert doesn’t have a weighted blanket, consider getting them one that fits their height and weight. The blankets come in all different sizes and weights so choose carefully so you don’t end up giving someone a too heavy blanket.

The blankets not only help you sleep better, but they overall just make you feel more safe, comfortable, and secure. I use mine every night and it’s fantastic. I would like a bigger one so my whole bed can be covered instead of just part of my bed.

CBD

This is something I highly recommend introverts give a try.

While not all of us are as anxious as I am, we do tend to be overwhelmed by large crowds, social events, and small talk. CBD can help relieve the stress from those situations.

Want to learn all about CBD? Check out my post What REALLY Is CBD?: Dismissing the Stigma.

A brief overview:

  • CBD is part of a plant that’s a cousin to marijuana.
    • Most CBD does not contain THC. Those that do specify it. It’s usually full spectrum or a CBD/THC mixture in states where weed is legal
  • It can help reduce stress levels
  • It can help with sleep
  • It can help with pain relief

There are many forms of CBD

  • Topical
  • Tincture oil
  • Soft gels
  • Gummies
  • Skin Care
  • Vape

Regardless of your or your gift recipient’s lifestyle, there’s a way to include it into your daily routine. I currently vape my CBD oil because it’s the fastest way to get the effects and my digestive system is a bit screwy so it anything ingestible is out of the question.

However, I must stress that you should definitely talk to your doctor before taking any CBD products and they are only available to those 21+.

Tea/Coffee/Cocoa

Most introverts like warm beverages. So obviously tea, cocoa, and coffee are part of this introvert gift guide.

We like to read books and drink tea, or watch Netflix with some cocoa. Whatever it is we’re drinking, you can always get us more. I swear, it’s fine.

It doesn’t matter how much we already have of the stuff, we can always use more. I don’t know anyone who would not be excited to get new and exciting drinks to try. Especially in the cold of winter!

Books/Movies

Introverts are usually homebodys, so we like things we can do at home. Books and movies are a great option because they’re things we can do by ourselves to relax and recharge. And if you’re lucky enough, we might even let you join in on the movie or read while you’re in the room.

So, getting some new movies or books to indulge in is a great introvert gift!

Candles

Most introverts like getting cozy, so what’s cozier than lighting a candle all snuggled up in some blankets?

These are easy to get and in my experience, a great gift to give and receive. And there are so many scents to choose from!

Looking for candles on a budget? Try TJ Maxx or Marshall’s! They always have brand name candles for cheaper prices. I get all of my candles from there save the few I get from Bath and Body Works, which is also a good place to go but the price tag can add up there.

Hobby Items

Want to let an introvert you not only love them, but that you’re paying attention?

Get them something related to their hobby!

Whether it’s video games, knitting, DIY crafts, sewing, etc. grabbing something that they can use in their hobby is a great idea.

If you take notice of our hobbies, we might just involve you in them, if they’re something for multiple people.
