I don’t know why I didn’t think about writing this sooner, but you really should consider CBD oil for helping with your anxiety!
I have been using CBD oil for over a year now and it’s been a godsend in my life. I’m already on a high dosage of medication due to being diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I don’t want to add much more to that. (Though don’t feel bad if you have to add medication to your regimen!) So, I was suggested to try CBD oil by my therapist and it really has been a huge improvement to my life.
