I don’t know why I didn’t think about writing this sooner, but you really should consider CBD oil for helping with your anxiety!

I have been using CBD oil for over a year now and it’s been a godsend in my life. I’m already on a high dosage of medication due to being diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and I don’t want to add much more to that. (Though don’t feel bad if you have to add medication to your regimen!) So, I was suggested to try CBD oil by my therapist and it really has been a huge improvement to my life.

New Year Update: January

I never made any real concrete resolutions for the new year, but I came into 2019 wanting to live a better life. I've made a few change, some more near the end of last year, and I've been feeling much better!

My Experience With CBD Oil: Is it Worth It?

I had been attempting to help supplement my current anti-anxiety/depression medications in a more natural way to help me fall asleep better and to have a more overall calming affect on me. I don't want to have to rely on xanax for anxiety moments. I barely use it unless I'm having an anxiety attack, but there are times where my anxiety will ramp up but not enough to warrant medical intervention.
