Best Gifts to Get Your Guy for Valentine’s Day

Valentine's Day is almost here! While I know there are people who aren't a fan of it since it's basically a holiday to get your spend money, I like to look deeper and use it as a way to express my love to anyone in romantic life.   Guys can be hard to find gifts for. They also tend to do a lot of the heavy lifting for holidays. I mean, what girl doesn't want to come home to a home cooked meal, a big bouquet of flowers, some chocolates, and anything else you like? Maybe for this Valentine's Day you take the reigns. #ValentinesDay #Valentines #GiftGuide

Valentine’s Day is almost here! While I know there are people who aren’t a fan of it since it’s basically a holiday to get your spend money, I like to look deeper and use it as a way to express my love to anyone in romantic life.

Guys can be hard to find gifts for. They also tend to do a lot of the heavy lifting for holidays. I mean, what girl doesn’t want to come home to a home cooked meal, a big bouquet of flowers, some chocolates, and anything else you like?

Maybe for this Valentine’s Day you take the reigns.

Here are my favorite gifts to get your guy for Valentine’s Day.

Flowers

Guys never get flowers. They’re usually the ones going out and buying them for the women in their lives. So why not surprise him with a bouquet this Valentine’s Day?

There are tons of online companies where you can order bouquets of roses, carnations, or whatever flower is his favorite.

You can choose from large bouquets, to small arrangements, to a single rose. Some places even offer options for chocolates, chocolate covered strawberries, plushie bears, or even champagne.

So why not turn the tables on your guy this year and get him some flowers this year? If you want to embarrass him a little, why not send it to his workplace? I’m sure everyone would get a good kick out of that!

Keepsake Gifts

If you’ve head over to the flower sites, a lot of places offer more than just flowers. I know 1800Flowers has a keepsake section where you can order things that will last much longer than flowers. Some of my favorites are the Message in a Bottle, 24k Gold Dipped Rose, and the Personalized Men’s Gift Set.

I was given a gold dipped rose last year. It was the most thoughtful gift I had received in quite some time. I may have cried a little. It’s gorgeous and supposedly won’t die on you. I have it still in the box because I know how much of a klutz I can be and don’t want to risk potentially break it.

Bro Basket

I can’t wait to have a reason to order one of these. If your guy likes booze of any kind, then this is a great gift option for you. While they do offer non-alcoholic gift baskets, alcohol is a main part of most of them. And unlike a lot of gift basket places, you can make a custom basket to your liking. The amount of options are amazing!

You can add spirits, beer (both domestic and imported), wine, mixers, glassware, cigars, cigar accessories, snacks, chocolates, popcorn, candy, jerky, chips, healthy snacks, and dips/sauces.

I can’t wait to spoil the guy in my life with one of these. They are relatively pricey, but you get what you’re paying for, and you’re paying for booze.

Engraved Aluminum Wallet Love Note Insert

I think these things are really cute. It’s a way to let them know you’re always thinking about them, and it fit conveniently in their wallet. They can take that sentiment with them everywhere they go.

Or any engraved wallet, really. Everyone needs a wallet, and if that wallet just so happens to be a reminder of how much you care for them, then that’s a win in my book!

Other Ideas

Some other things you could do are be the one who plans the fancy dinner. I’m not big on fancy dinners, as I outlined in my post How to Spend Valentine’s Day with an Introvert, but I get that some people enjoy it. If you or your significant other is one of those people and he is usually the one to treat you, being the one to take him out and treat him to the fancy dinner would be a great gesture of love.

Think you’ll give any of these a try? Let me know how it turns out!
